1. General Information The 2025 Philippines Hot Wheels Collectors Convention (“the Event”) is organized by Metrics Productions OPC, herein referred to as “the Organizer.” The Event will take place on August 22-24, at Okada Manila. By purchasing a ticket, registering, or attending the Event, you (“the Attendee”) agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions.

 

2. Ticketing and Admission Tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be resold. The Organizer reserves the right to deny entry to any individual without a valid ticket. Children under 12 must be accompanied by a adult at all times.

 

3. Code of Conduct All attendees are expected to behave respectfully toward fellow collectors, vendors, staff, and guests. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior of any kind will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund. The Organizer reserves the right to ban violators from future events.

 

4. Exhibitor and Vendor Rules Exhibitors and vendors must comply with all setup and teardown schedules as provided by the Organizer. All merchandise sold must be authentic and related to the Hot Wheels brand or die-cast collectibles. No bootlegs, counterfeit items, or unlicensed merchandise will be allowed.

 

5. Photography and Media By attending the Event, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional purposes by the Organizer and its partners. Personal photography is permitted, but professional equipment and media coverage must be pre-approved.

 

6. Liability and Safety Attendees participate at their own risk. The Organizer, venue, sponsors, and partners are not liable for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or property. Please keep personal belongings secured. Lost and found items can be claimed at the Organizer’s booth. Attendees must follow all venue rules and safety protocols, including any health or sanitation guidelines.

 

7. Event Changes and Cancellation The Organizer reserves the right to change the event date, schedule, venue, or cancel the Event for any reason, including unforeseen circumstances or force majeure. In the case of cancellation, the Organizer will announce refund or credit policies accordingly.

 

8. Intellectual Property All logos, trademarks, and materials associated with Hot Wheels and the Event are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used with permission. Unauthorized use of such materials is strictly prohibited.

 

9. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts of Pasay City, Philippines.
